General data processing information

Data concerned:
Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily. No other personal data is collected. Any processing of your personal data beyond the scope of the legal permissions will only take place on the basis of your express consent.

Purpose of processing:
Contract execution.

Categories of recipients:
Public authorities in the event of overriding legal provisions.
External service providers or other contractors.
Other external bodies, provided that the data subject has given their consent or that the transfer is permissible on the basis of overriding interests.

Third country transfers:

• to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
• pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, unless the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to have it deleted and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
